Starting at just $10, a RIM pass is a great way to use RIM for remote technical support and training just when you need it.

RIM Personal Incident Pass ($10)

An incident pass gives you unlimited keyword-based sessions on a single target machine for 24 hours.

RIM Personal Day Pass ($20)

A day pass gives you unlimited keyword-based sessions on any number of target machines for 24 hours.

RIM Pro 1-Week Pass ($35)

All the features of RIM Pro for 1 week.

RIM Pro 2-Week Pass ($60)

All the features of RIM Pro for 2 weeks.

RIM Pro 1-Month Pass ($120)

All the features of RIM Pro for 1 month.

Number of passes

All sales are final. Once the purchase is complete, you will be issued a link that can be used to deposit the pass into your account, at which point it will be available to activate in the RIM app and/or dashboard. Service does not begin until the pass is explicitly activated by the user. Passes can be activated up to one year from date of purchase. Absolutely no refund for unused service.
