RIM Prepaid Hours

Starting at just $25 for 5 hours, RIM prepaid hours are a great way to use RIM for remote technical support and training just when you need it. Prepaid hours may be used on any keyword-based sessions, however unattended access is not included. Your free 30 minute daily allotment and/or community support plan time will be used before your prepaid hours. For more information, please refer to the Plans section of the manual.
